A trestle device for roller compacted concrete warehousing comprises a plurality of trestle gantries, horizontal gangplank joists are arranged on the trestle gantries, and the two gangplank joists onevery two adjacent trestle gantries support the two ends of the same warehousing gangplank. Hanging brackets are arranged at the upper ends of the vertical parts on the two sides of each trestle gantry, and manual chain hoists are arranged on the hanging brackets. The operation method of the trestle device comprises the steps of (1) installing the trestle gantries before warehouse opening; 2) mounting a concrete cushion block; 3) adjusting the gangplank joists and supporting and fixing the gangplank joists by using a profile steel lock pin; 4) installing a middle gangplank and two side gangplanks; 5) performing roller compacted concrete pouring construction operation; 6) lifting the gangplank joists through a manual chain hoist; 7) manually adjusting the profile steel lock pin; and 8) repeating the step 5)-the step 7) to complete subsequent roller compacted concrete pouring operation. By the adoption of the structure and method, the construction problems that roller compacted concreteconstruction equipment directly enters a warehouse, upstream seepage prevention quality is poor and so on are solved, and the device and the method can be widely applied to roller compacted concrete construction of water conservancy projects.
一种用于碾压混凝土入仓的栈桥装置，包括多个栈桥门架，栈桥门架上设有水平的跳板托梁，相邻两个栈桥门架上的两个跳板托梁支撑同一块进仓跳板的两端；栈桥门架两侧竖直部分的上端设有吊架，吊架上设有手动链条葫芦。上述栈桥装置的操作方法包括：1）开仓前安装栈桥门架；2）安装混凝土垫块；3）调整跳板托梁并用型钢锁销支撑固定；4）安装中间跳板和两侧跳板；5）进行碾压混凝土浇筑施工作业；6）通过手动链条葫芦提升跳板托梁；7）并手动调整型钢锁销；8）重复步骤5）‑7），完成后续碾压混凝土浇筑作业。本发明采用上述结构及方法，解决了碾压混凝土施工设备直接入仓及上游防渗质量等施工难题，可以广泛应用于水利工程碾压混凝土施工。
