The invention belongs to the technical field of underground foundation pit engineering, and particularly relates to a steel-concrete combined inner support prefabricated part and a construction method. The steel-concrete combined inner support prefabricated part comprises a steel pipe, sealing plates, inner annular plates and outer annular plates, wherein filling concrete is poured in the steel pipe, and a hollow part which penetrates in an axial direction is arranged in the filling concrete; the sealing plates are respectively welded to the end surfaces of both ends of the steel pipe, and theouter annular plate are annularly welded to the outer walls of the both ends of the steel pipe; the inner annular plates are welded to the surfaces, which deviate from the steel pipe, of the sealingplates; and the inner annular plates and the outer annular plates on the same end of the steel pipe are connected through stiffening ribs, and the stiffening ribs are welded with the steel pipe. A connecting joint structure is formed in a way that the outer annular plates and the inner annular plates on the ends of one steel-concrete combined inner support prefabricated part are fixedly connectedwith the inner annular plates and the outer annular plates on the ends of the other steel-concrete combined inner support prefabricated part through a plurality of screws and a plurality of nuts. According to the steel-concrete combined inner support prefabricated part, the bearing capacity, deformation resistance, integrity and intermediate joint rigidity of the steel-concrete combined support can be increased, and the safety of the foundation pit engineering is guaranteed.
