The counterweight anti-floating hydrophobic ground comprises a reinforced concrete foundationbottom plate, a rubble concrete slope making layer, a hydrophobic layer, an isolation layer and a concrete surface layer which are sequentially arranged from bottom to top, drainage ditch concrete reverse ridges are arranged on the hydrophobic layer, the isolation layer and the concrete surface layer, and a drainage ditch is formed on the rubble concrete slope making layer; the end part of the drainage ditch communicates with a water collecting pit, an automatic water pump is arranged on the end part of the water collecting pit, a drainage pipeline is connected with the other end of the automatic water pump, and the drainage pipeline communicates with a municipal drainage pipe network; angle steel is pre-buried at the top of the drainage ditch concrete reverse ridges, and the cast iron water grate is mounted on the angle steel; and a plurality of drainage pipes are pre-buried at the bottom of the drainage ditch concrete reverse ridges and communicate with the drainage layer and the drainage ditch.
