The invention discloses a rainwater collection and irrigation system for a plastic greenhouse. The rainwater collection and irrigation system comprises the plastic greenhouse, water collection tanks and drip irrigation pipelines. The water collection tanks are arranged on the supporting arch edges on the two sides of the plastic greenhouse. When a plastic film of the plastic greenhouse is rolled up to the height of 30-50 cm away from the ground, water flow can fall into the water collection tanks, the bottoms of the water collection tanks communicate with the drip irrigation pipelines throughhoses, the drip irrigation pipelines are buried in the land in the plastic greenhouse, and the bottom faces of the water collection tanks are higher than the drip irrigation pipelines. A rainwater collection and utilization device is simple, other civil engineering does not need to be additionally added, an existing plastic greenhouse can be directly installed and used, and the problems of rainwater collection and utilization of the plastic greenhouse are solved; and new energy consumption does not need to be increased to irrigation under the action of gravity, energy conservation and environmental protection are achieved, and the agricultural resource utilization efficiency is greatly improved.
