The beam-column connecting joint structure solves the problems of how to guarantee overall penetration of longitudinal steel bars and consider the strength of a section steel beam when the longitudinal steel bars interfere with flange plates of the section steel beam in an existing steel reinforced concrete combined structure. Grooves used for allowing longitudinal steel bars in a steel reinforced concrete composite structure to penetrate are formed in an upper flange plate and a lower flange plate of a section steel beam in advance, the longitudinal steel bars interfering with the upper flange plate and the lowerflange plate of the section steel beam can perpendicularly penetrate through the upper flange plate and the lower flange plate of the section steel beam, and the overall pressure bearing performanceof the longitudinal steel bars in the vertical direction is guaranteed. Semi-cylindrical supporting sleeves are fixedly welded to the positions, between the upper flange plate and the lower flange plate of the section steel beam, of the grooves, so that the defect that the strength of the section steel beam is reduced due to the fact that the grooves are formed in the section steel beam is overcome, and the overall strength of the section steel beam is guaranteed; and the strength of the beam-column joint is guaranteed, the construction efficiency is improved, and construction materials are saved.
