The invention provides a prefabricated part combination and a construction method of a prefabricated building. The prefabricated part combination comprises a first prefabricated part, a second prefabricated part and telescopic connecting structural parts. The second prefabricated part and the first prefabricated part are adjacent and arranged in a spaced mode, and the two ends of each telescopic connecting structural part are connected with an embedded part in the first prefabricated part and an embedded part in the second prefabricated part respectively. The shortened telescopic connecting structural parts are extended to enable the two ends of each telescopic connecting structural part to be connected with the embedded part in the first prefabricated part and the embedded part in the second prefabricated part respectively, thus butt joint of the first prefabricated part and the second prefabricated part is achieved, the adaptive length of each telescopic connecting structural part can be adjusted according to the gap of the position where the telescopic connecting structural part is located, thus butt joint of the first prefabricated part and the second prefabricated part is ensured to be achieved according to the preset positions, and the situation that the positions deviate after the butt joint of the first prefabricated part and the second prefabricated part is avoided.
