The invention discloses a ribbed hollow floor capable of improving local pressure-bearing performance of a plate surface, a box body and a construction method of the ribbed hollow floor. The hollow floor comprises an upper floor plate, a lower floor plate and a plurality of box bodies arranged between the upper floor plate and the lower floor plate, and plate surface steel bars and plate bottom steel bars are respectively arranged in the upper floor plate and the lower floor plate; each box body is a thin-wall hollow square box, a plurality of through concave ribs are distributed on the uppersurface of each box body, inter-rib steel bars are arranged in the concave ribs, and the upper floor plate, the lower floor plate and the adjacent square boxes are formed through concrete pouring, sothat after the floor is poured, a plurality of parallel through plate top ribs are formed on the surface, matched with the box bodies, of the upper floor plate, and distance between every two adjacentconcave ribs is preferably smaller than the width of a truck tire. The hollow floor can greatly improve the bearing capacity of the top plate in the box body area, and meanwhile, the requirement forthe strength of a mold box can be lowered.
本发明公开一种提高板面局部承压性能的带肋空心楼盖、箱体及其施工方法,该空心楼盖包括楼盖上板、楼盖下板以及设置在楼盖上板和楼盖下板之间的若干箱体,楼盖上板、楼盖下板内分别设置有板面钢筋和板底钢筋;箱体为薄壁空心方箱,且箱体的上表面分布有若干条贯通的凹肋,凹肋内布置肋间钢筋,楼盖上板、楼盖下板以及相邻的方箱之间通过混凝土浇筑成型,使得楼盖浇筑后,楼盖上板与箱体配合的表面形成若干条平行贯通的板顶肋,相邻的凹肋的间距宜小于货车轮胎宽度。本发明的空心楼盖能够大幅度提升箱体区域顶板的承载力,同时可降低对模盒的强度要求。
