The supporting device comprises a first shell, wherein second sliding grooves are formed in the inner side walls of the first shell, a second shell is slidably connected to the inner side walls of the second sliding grooves, two second sleeves are symmetrically welded to the two sides of the outer side wall of the firstshell correspondingly, the inner side walls of the two second sleeves are in threaded connection with third threaded rods. According to the supporting device, the keel is placed in a first through groove, a first threaded rod is rotated to drive the second shell to ascend and descend, and therefore the distance between the first through groove and a third through groove in the first shell can be adjusted conveniently, the device can be adjusted according to the distance between two keels with different heights, and the adaptability is high, by rotating first sleeves, the first sleeves rotate on the third threaded rods, the distance between the first sleeves and the second sleeves are adjusted, the length between the two sleeves can be adjusted according to the length between the two walls,and then the supporting device is convenient to fix.
