The invention discloses a lockset system and an unlocking and locking method. The lockset system comprises handheld terminal equipment, a power supply key with a built-in coil and an intelligent lockset; the intelligent lockset comprises a lock shell fixed on a door body, a rotatable lock cylinder arranged in the lock shell, a PCBA assembly, a gear motor, a rotary knob for a user to operate, and acoil module for generating current; the handheld terminal equipment is in wireless communication with the PCBA assembly; the coil in the power supply key interacts with the coil module to generate alternating current to provide electric energy for the gear motor; a locking assembly for limiting mutual rotation is arranged between the lock shell and the lock cylinder; the gear motor rotates to enable the locking assembly to be locked or unlocked; after the PCBA assembly receives an unlocking signal sent by the handheld terminal equipment, the gear motor is driven to rotate in the first direction so that the locking assembly can be unlocked; and the lock cylinder can rotate relative to the lock shell along with the rotary knob. The intelligent lockset system has the advantages that openingand closing of the lockset system are achieved through wireless transmission, and the lockset system is more intelligent and more convenient to use.
