The intelligent padlock comprises a lock body, a lock beam assembly, a bottom cover, an electric control assembly and an unlocking and locking assembly,wherein the bottom cover is fixedly arranged on the lower portion of the lock body, the electric control assembly comprises a charging coil seat, a charging coil, an electric control panel and a motor, the charging coil seat is fixedly arranged in the bottom cover, the charging coil is arranged on the charging coil seat, the electric control panel is fixedly arranged in the lock body, the motor is fixedly arranged in the lock body through a motor fixing piece, the charging coil is electrically connected with the electric control panel, and the electric control panel is electrically connectedwith the motor; the lock beam assembly comprises a lock beam and a lock beam spring, and a buckling groove is formed in the long end of the lock beam; and the unlocking and locking assembly comprisesa lock knob, a transverse pin and a transverse pin spring, a transverse pin groove allowing the transverse pin to move horizontally is formed in the lock body, one end of the transverse pin is sleevedwith the transverse pin spring and is arranged in the transverse pin groove, a spring bolt is arranged at the other end of the transverse pin, a through hole is formed in the middle of the transversepin, the spring bolt can be driven by the transverse pin to enter or leave the buckling groove of the lock beam, one end of the lock knob is meshed with a power output shaft of the motor, and the other end of the lock knob extends into the through hole in the middle of the transverse pin. The intelligent padlock realizes passive wireless intellectualization, and is suitable for unlocking and locking management of equipment, an actuating component, a door, a box and the like requiring authorization management; and by adopting a dustproof, rainproof and anti-dismantling structure, the intelligent padlock is suitable for indoor and outdoor environments.
