The invention discloses a shield type rapid hole forming construction method. The method comprises the following steps that (1) a pile casing is arranged; (2) a drilling machine is placed in place; (3) equipment drilling is carried out; (4) a hole is cleaned; (5) a reinforcement cage is manufactured; (6) after the reinforcement cage is lowered to the designed depth, a concrete pouring guide pipe is immediately installed, collision between the guide pipe and the reinforcement cage is avoided, and the guide pipe is made of a steel pipe with the diameter of 200-300 mm; and (7) underwater concreteis poured. According to the method, soil and rock are cut into powder and then conveyed to a mud pit for filtration and separation, and is circulated into the hole for wall protection, the construction process is similar to "shield" push type hole forming, drill lifting is not needed, the construction efficiency is high, the application range is very wide, the technical problem that a flow plastic layer collapses all the time is solved, drill lifting is not needed in the hole forming process, and the construction efficiency is high.
本发明公开了一种盾构式快速成孔施工方法,包括以下步骤;步骤(1)、设置护筒;步骤(2)、钻机就位;步骤(3)、设备钻进;步骤(4)、清孔;步骤(5)、钢筋笼制作;步骤(6)、钢筋笼下放至设计深度后,立即安装混凝土灌注导管,避免导管与钢筋笼碰撞,导管由直径为200‑300mm的钢管制作;步骤(7)、灌注水下混凝土。本发明将土和岩切割碎末,再运送至泥浆池进行,进行过滤分离,循环至孔内进行护壁,施工过程类似“盾构”推进式成孔,不需要提钻,施工效率高,适施范围非常广,克服了流塑层一直塌孔的技术难题,而且成孔过程不需要提钻,施工效率高。
