The foldable bubble assembly unit provided by the invention comprises a long-strip-shaped, anti-pulling and soft base material, long-strip-shaped bubble structure areas and long-strip-shaped hanging parts; the bubble structure areas are arranged at one side or two sides of the base material in the thickness direction at intervals, and each hanging part is arrangedbetween two bubble structure areas in each group; the bubble structure areas and the hanging parts are fixedly connected with the base material, two bubble structure areas in each group can be unfolded or folded around the corresponding hanging part, and two adjacent groups of bubble structure areas can be unfolded or folded around the base material; and the hanging parts are used for being connected with slide wires which are transversely or obliquely arranged at intervals in the air in the preset buildings in a hanging manner. The invention further provides a foldable bubble assembly which comprises a plurality of foldable bubble assembly units, so that suspension and installation are facilitated, the installation and construction difficulty is low, and the construction speed is increased.
