The invention discloses a coagulant of an alkali-activated material at a low temperature and a use method of the coagulant. The coagulant consists of the following substances in parts by weight: 80-100 parts of Portland cement clinker, 0-15 parts of calcium oxide and 0-5 parts of powder water glass. The low temperature of the method is 0-10 DEG C. The use method aims at an alkali-activated material for a high-calcium system and a low-calcium system. For the high-calcium system alkali-activated material such as alkali-activated slag, the coagulant is Portland cement clinker, and the mixing amount is 1-5%; and for a low-calcium system alkali-activated material, such as alkali-activated fly ash and alkali-activated metakaolin,the coagulant is composite powder of the above materials, and the doping amount is 5-15%. The coagulant is mainly prepared from common Portland cement clinker and calcium oxide, is wide in material source and low in cost, effectively shortens the setting time of thealkali-activated material at a low temperature, improves the early strength of the alkali-activated material, and promotes the application of the alkali-activated material in road grouting reinforcement, rapid repair and concrete structure materials.
本发明公开了一种低温下碱激发材料的促凝剂及其使用方法,所述促凝剂由以下重量份数的物质组成:硅酸盐水泥熟料80~100份、氧化钙0~15份、粉体水玻璃0~5份。本发明所述的低温为0~10℃。本发明的使用方法是针对高钙体系和低钙体系的碱激发材料。高钙体系碱激发材料如碱激发矿渣,促凝剂为硅酸盐水泥熟料,掺量为1~5%;低钙体系的碱激发材料如碱激发粉煤灰和碱激发偏高岭土,促凝剂为上述几种材料的复合粉体,掺量为5~15%。本发明的促凝剂主要为常见的硅酸盐水泥熟料和氧化钙,材料来源广泛,成本低,有效缩短碱激发材料低温下凝结时间,提高其早强强度,促进碱激发材料在道路灌浆加固、快速修补和混凝土结构材料方面的应用。
