Tungsten tailing-based composite admixture for concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention provides a tungsten tailing-based composite admixture for concrete, which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 10-15 parts of limestone chippings, 10-15 partsof fly ash, 10-15 parts of slag powder, 60-70 parts of tungsten tailings and 0.05 parts of an excitation modification material, wherein the excitation modification material is further prepared from the following components in percentage by mass: 25%-35% of triethanolamine, 20%-33% of triisopropanolamine and 34%-50% of diethanolisopropanolamine. The invention also provides a method for preparing the tungsten tailing-based composite admixture for concrete. The composite admixture disclosed by the invention can completely replace grade-II fly ash and partially replace grade-S95 mineral powder inconcrete, so that the workability of the concrete is improved, and the strength, durability and long-term stability of the concrete are improved.
