Building energy-saving environment-friendly brick and production method thereof
The invention discloses a building energy-saving environment-friendly brick and a production method thereof. The production method comprises the following steps: S1, preparing raw materials; s2, preparing slurry; s3, putting the slurry and lime into a stirrer, stirring for 50-60 minutes under the conditions that the rotating speed is 500-600 r/min and the temperature is 40-50 DEG C, then adding ananti-cracking agent and a foaming agent, and continuously stirring for 20 minutes to obtain a mixed material; s4, molding: carrying out compression molding on the mixed material through molding equipment; and S5, curing: curing the formed brick by adopting a natural curing method to obtain the building energy-saving and environment-friendly brick. Through the arrangement of the transmission rod,the stirring shaft is driven to move in the stirring chamber in the vertical direction and the horizontal direction at the same time, the mixing effect of mixed materials and stirring blades is improved, the mixed materials can be evenly mixed before being pressed through the arrangement of the stirring mechanism, and therefore follow-up pressing forming operation is facilitated; and the compression molding quality is improved.
本发明公开了一种建筑节能环保砖及其生产方法,包括如下步骤:S1、准备原料;S2、制备浆料;S3、将浆料和石灰放入搅拌机中,在转速为500‑600r/min、温度为40‑50℃的条件下,搅拌50‑60min,然后添加抗裂剂和发泡剂继续搅拌20min,得混合物料;S4、成型,将混合物料通过成型设备压制成型;S5、养护,采用自然养护法对成型砖进行养护得到建筑节能环保砖;本发明通过传动杆的设置,带动搅拌轴在搅拌室的内部同时做竖直方向和水平方向上的运动,提高了混合物料与搅拌叶片的混合效果,通过搅拌机构的设置使混合物料在进行压制之前能够混合均匀,从而方便后续的压制成型操作,提高压制成型质量。
