Refractory concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the field of concrete, and particularly discloses refractory concrete and a preparation method thereof. The refractory concrete comprises the following raw materials in partsby weight: 300-420 parts of refractory coarse aggregate, 180-260 parts of refractory fine aggregate, 100-120 parts of a cementing material, 5-20 parts of an admixture, 0.1-0.5 part of a water reducingagent and 30-50 parts of water, wherein the cementing material is composed of low-calcium aluminate cement and a water molecule curing cementing agent, and the weight ratio of the low-calcium aluminate cement to the water molecule curing cementing agent is 1:(0.1-0.3). The preparation method comprises the following steps: S1, mixing refractory coarse aggregate, refractory fine aggregate, a cementing material, an admixture and a water reducing agent, adding water, and stirring; S2, adjusting the pH value to 5-7 in the stirring process; and S3, after stirring is completed, preparing the refractory concrete. The refractory concrete can be used for manufacturing a lining of a tempering furnace, and has the advantages of slowing down the dehydration rate of the refractory concrete and prolonging the service life of the refractory concrete.
