The invention discloses a concrete thin-layer rapid repairing material, which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 15-20 parts of Portland cement, 25-30 parts of sulphoaluminate cement, 40-60 parts of 70-140-mesh fine sand, 1-15 parts of redispersible polymer rubber powder, 3-8 parts of high-strength gypsum powder, 5-15 parts of fly ash microspheres, 0.1-0.5 part of 3 mm anti-cracking fiber and 0.1-2 part of concrete admixture. According to the invention, the repairing material has the advantages of no shrinkage, no cracking, good construction performance, fast setting and hardening and high early strength, is used for surface damage/damage of cement pavement functional layers such as slab staggering, pitted surfaces, bone exposure and peeling pits, can realizerepairing of thin layers with the thickness of 2 mm or more than 2 mm, can rapidly recover traffic after construction, reduces the repairing difficulty and cost, and extends the service life.
本发明公开了一种混凝土薄层快速修复材料,包含以下重量份数的原料:硅酸盐水泥15‑20份、硫铝酸盐水泥25‑30份、70‑140目细砂40‑60份、可再分散聚合物胶粉1‑5份、高强石膏粉3‑8份、粉煤灰微珠5‑15份、3mm抗裂纤维0.1‑0.5份、混凝土外加剂0.1‑2份。本发明的修复材料无收缩、不开裂、施工性能好、凝结硬化快和早期强度高,用于水泥路面功能层出现错台、麻面、露骨、脱皮坑洞等表层破坏/损伤,可以实现表层2mm及以上的薄层修复,施工完成后可快速恢复交通,降低修复难度和成本,延长其使用寿命。
