The invention relates to the field of ceramics, and provides a health-preserving ceramic product and a manufacturing process thereof. The ceramic product comprises a green body, a first glaze layer applied to the surface of the green body and a second glaze layer applied to the surface of the first glaze layer; the preparation method comprises the following steps: preparing the green body with relatively high plasticity and a certain health maintenance effect from kaolin, flint clay, allophane, magnesian clay, wollastonite, dolomite powder, selenium-enriched soil, serpentine, idocrase, sepiolite, bryozoatum, colorless tourmaline, mica powder, negative ion powder and a silver ion antibacterial agent; preparing the first glaze layer from bentonite, wollastonite, sodium silicate, silicon oxide, aluminum oxide, calcium oxide, nano tungsten carbide powder, nano technetium oxide powder, flint and borax; and preparing the second glaze layer from kaolin, aluminum oxide, silicon oxide, talc, nepheline, sodium silicate, zinc oxide, negative ion powder and a silver ion antibacterial agent. By adopting the raw materials and the process provided by the invention, the health-preserving ceramic product with low radioactivity, good antibacterial property, high wear resistance, good thermal stability and good water resistance can be prepared.
