Environment-friendly anhydrous stemming
The invention discloses an environment-friendly anhydrous stemming composed of brown fused alumina, pyrophyllite, high-alumina bauxite, waxstone powder, a carbon material, silicon nitride, silicon iron nitride, silicon carbide whiskers, kyanite, a composite inorganic binding agent and a water-retaining agent. The composite inorganic binding agent is selected, so that environmental pollution causedby carcinogenic factors including benzopyrene, formaldehyde and phenolic substances in the sintering process of the anhydrous stemming is reduced. Meanwhile, silicon nitride, silicon iron nitride, coke, carbon black and the silicon carbide whiskers are also added, so that on one hand, the erosion resistance and scouring resistance of the anhydrous stemming are improved, on the other hand, the toughness of the anhydrous stemming is improved, and the problem of safety production caused by expansion of cracks of the anhydrous stemming in the high-temperature sintering process is avoided. Different particle sizes of various substances in the anhydrous stemming main material and the carbon material are utilized at the same time, and then small gaps are filled with substances with small particle sizes, so that the compressive strength and breaking strength of the environment-friendly anhydrous stemming are improved.
本发明公开一种环保型无水炮泥,包括棕刚玉、叶腊石、高铝矾土、蜡石粉、碳素材料、氮化硅、氮化硅铁、碳化硅晶须、蓝晶石、复合无机结合剂和保水剂。本发明选用复合无机结合剂,降低了无水炮泥在烧结过程中致癌因子苯并芘、甲醛、酚类物质造成的环境污染。同时,本发明中还加入了氮化硅、氮化硅铁、焦炭、炭黑、碳化硅晶须,一方面提高了无水炮泥的抗侵蚀性和抗冲刷性,另一方面提高了无水炮泥的韧性,避免了无水炮泥在高温烧结过程中裂纹的扩大造成安全生产问题。并同时利用无水炮泥主料和碳素材料的中各种物质的不同粒径,然后再利用粒径较小物质对较小的缝隙进行填充,从而使得本发明环保型无水炮泥的耐压强度以及抗折强度提高。
