Aerogel modified thermal insulation material
The invention discloses an aerogel modified thermal insulation material which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 5-60 parts of an adhesive, 0.1-10 part of a reinforcing agent, 0.5-60 part of aerogel, 10-65 parts of a functional material and 10-60 parts of a liquid solvent. A preparation method of the aerogel modified thermal insulation material comprises the following steps: 1,with the adhesive as a substrate material, sequentially adding the aerogel, the reinforcing agent and the liquid solvent, and conducting mixing after addition to obtain mixed slurry; 2, adding a functional material into the mixed material, and continuously conducting mixing to obtain aerogel modified thermal insulation mortar; and 3, drying and molding the aerogel modified thermal insulation mortar obtained in the step 2 to obtain the aerogel modified thermal insulation board. The aerogel modified thermal insulation material prepared by the method disclosed by the invention can replace efficient thermal insulation slurry on a building, and can be directly scraped or brushed on the building to be used as a thermal insulation material, so that the problems of low efficiency and no thermal insulation effect of the traditional mortar at present are avoided.
本发明公开了一种气凝胶改性保温材料,按重量份计,包括胶粘剂5‑60份,增强剂0.1‑10份,气凝胶0.5‑60份,功能性材料10‑65份和液态溶剂10‑60份,气凝胶改性保温材料的制备方法为:步骤一:将胶粘剂作为基底物料,依次加入气凝胶、增强剂和液态溶剂,加入后混合,得到混合浆料;步骤二:对上述混合物料中加入功能性材料,继续混合,得到气凝胶改性保温砂浆;步骤三:对上述步骤二中得到的气凝胶改性保温砂浆进行干燥成型,得到气凝胶改性保温板。本发明方法制作的气凝胶改性保温材料可代替建筑上的高效保温浆料,直接在建筑上刮披或涂刷当保温材料使用,避免了目前传统砂浆效率低且没有任何保温效果的问题。
