Weighted fiber slurry for water gushing drilling, preparation method and drilling method
The invention discloses weighted fiber mud for water gushing drilling and a preparation scheme thereof. The weighted fiber mud is specifically prepared by aging 135-140 parts by mass of bentonite, then adding 3240-3260 parts by mass of barite powder, 70-95 parts by mass of vegetable gum, 11-13 parts by mass of surfactant, 20-22 parts by mass of polypropylene fiber or 27-35 parts by mass of polyester fiber with the length of 3-19 mm, and 1312-1350 parts by mass of water, and conducting stirring. When the weighted fiber slurry is used for drilling, different kinds of slurry need to be switched in time according to the actual slurry return amount and the actual slurry return specific gravity in the drilling process, the hole wall can be kept stable all the time under the changed drilling condition, and water gushing and leakage are avoided.
本申请公开了一种涌水钻孔用加重纤维泥浆,及其制备方案,具体将由以下组分配比,具体为按照质量比计量的膨润土135‑140份进行陈化,再将重晶石粉3240‑3260份,植物胶70‑95份,表面活性剂11‑13份,长度为3‑19mm的聚丙烯纤维20‑22份或聚酯纤维27‑35份,水1312‑1350份进行搅拌获得加重纤维泥浆。利用该加重纤维泥浆进行钻孔,在钻孔过程中还需根据实际的回浆量和回浆比重进行不同泥浆的及时切换,使得在变化的钻孔条件中,始终能够保持孔壁稳固,避免涌水和漏失的情况发生。
