The impact hammer comprises a fixed end, a mountingframe movably connected below the fixed end, fixed linings arranged on the inner side of the upper part of the mounting frame, an upper mounting sleeve arranged between the fixed linings, and a movable lining arranged on the inner side of the lower part of the mounting frame, a lower mounting sleeve is arranged on the inner side of the movable lining, a vibrating plate is movably connected to thelower end of the mounting frame, a fixed beam is arranged at the upper end in the upper mounting sleeve, a vibrating spring is fixedly connected to the lower end of the fixed beam, a movable core ismovably connected to the lower end of the vibrating spring, a counter weight is movably connected to the lower portion of the movable core,and missing gears are set at the left and right side of the movable core. Baring wheels are coaxially coupled to the rear portions of the missing gears. According to the impact hammer of the sleeve type hydraulic vibratory rammer, when a sensor for monitoring the offset below a pressing wheel detects that the offset exceeds the limit, a hydraulic push rod controls the pressure of the pressing wheel on the right side of the movable core, so that the whole mechanism maintains dynamic shock resistance.
