The invention relates to the field of bridge and house concrete building construction, and discloses a concrete structure block with a buffer connecting structure, which is characterized in that a steel strand or a steel bar is protected to bear the external load exceeding the conventional working condition as design details, the core is that a partial V-shaped buffer cavity for eliminating shearstress concentration at the intersection of two structural parts and a stranded reinforcing pin rod capable of applying prestress similar to a steel strand are designed. Except for improving stress distribution, the V-shaped buffer cavity has local guiding and positioning effects, and the modular construction is easy; and meanwhile, a space with a reinforced local structure is provided to meet thestrength requirement of special working conditions, and the connected components are allowed to be relatively dislocated under strong shock impact so as to play a role in shock absorption and isolation. Under the same working condition, the hinge support design of the reinforcing pin rod enables the size of the V-shaped buffer cavity to be reduced, the construction is convenient, and meanwhile, the function of preventing the upper structure of a connected bridge from overturning under strong earthquake and heavy load is achieved.
