Novel open rib orthotropic steel bridge deck structure
The invention relates to the technical field of bridge engineering, and provides a novel open rib orthotropic steel bridge deck structure which comprises a top plate, a bottom plate, L-shaped stiffening ribs and transverse partition plates. The L-shaped stiffening ribs are orthogonal to the transverse partition plate and are clamped between the top plate and the bottom plate; the L-shaped stiffening ribs are arranged at intervals in the width direction of the top plate; the multiple transverse partition plates are arranged in the length direction of the top plate at intervals. Each L-shaped stiffening rib comprises a first longitudinal rib face connected with the top plate and a second longitudinal rib face connected with the first longitudinal rib face. The second longitudinal rib surfaces of every two L-shaped stiffening ribs are oppositely arranged at intervals to form a longitudinal stiffening rib group. The longitudinal stiffening ribs are arranged to be of an open structure, so that the structural strength of the bridge deck is guaranteed; meanwhile, the local torsional rigidity of the open type longitudinal ribs is reduced compared with that of a conventional closed rib, extremely high stress concentration cannot be caused, and inspection and maintenance of inner side welding seams between the longitudinal stiffening ribs and the top plate can be achieved in the operation period.
本发明涉及桥梁工程技术领域,提供了一种新型开口肋正交异性钢桥面板结构,桥面板结构包括顶板、底板、L形加劲肋和横隔板;L形加劲肋与横隔板正交设置,并夹置于顶板与底板之间;若干L形加劲肋沿顶板的宽度方向间隔设置;若干横隔板沿顶板的长度方向间隔设置;其中,L形加劲肋包括与顶板连接的第一纵向肋面,以及与第一纵向肋面连接的第二纵向肋面;每两个L形加劲肋的第二纵向肋面相对间隔设置,形成一个纵向加劲肋组。本发明通过将纵向加劲肋设置为开口结构,保证了桥面结构强度的同时,开口型纵肋局部扭转刚度较常规闭口肋有所降低,不会引起过高的应力集中,还可实现运营期内,对纵向加劲肋与顶板间内侧焊缝的检查和维修。
