A body of each protection mechanism can stretch out and draw back up and down and has an unfolded state and a retracted state, the protection mechanisms are fixed between every two adjacent verticalrods, and when the vertical rods are located on the ground, the protection mechanisms are in the unfolded state, and when the vertical rods retract to the ground, the protection mechanisms are in theretracted state. The novel protection device for the helipad is simple in structure, the concrete laying thickness of the whole helipad is reduced, the lifting device is used for controlling the vertical rod to lift up and down, and space is saved.
