The method is ingenious in structure and reasonable in design, a sweeping disc can be driven to swing and rotate only byarranging one motor, the sweeping area of the sweeping disc in the horizontal direction is increased, the road cleaning efficiency is improved, a snow melting agent can be sprayed to the road surfaceduring snow accumulation, and the snow accumulation melting speed is increased.
