The invention relates to a horizontal supporting device of a self-elevating booster station. The horizontal supporting device is characterized in that four sleeves, two transverse support rods and twolongitudinal support rods are fixedly connected to form a rigid square support structure, and each sleeve is connected to a corresponding booster station pile leg in a sleeving mode to form a slidingconnection structure; and each booster station pile leg is provided with a plurality of radial pile leg through holes, each sleeve is provided with a radial sleeve through hole, steel bolts are inserted into the pile leg through holes and the sleeve through holes to be positioned to form positioning support for a horizontal supporting structure, and the sliding lifting type horizontal supportingstructure is formed. The problems that an existing horizontal supporting structure is insufficient in supporting rigidity, hard to resist impact of waves and airflow, incapable of towing along with aplatform, high in construction cost and the like can be solved. The horizontal supporting device has the outstanding substantive characteristics and remarkable progress that the supporting rigidity ishigh, the impact of waves and airflow can be resisted, towing can be conducted along with a platform, and the construction cost is low.
