本发明提出一种导向架的固定施工方法，属于导向架技术领域，其通过导向架本身搭载的升降桩腿实现固定，且桩腿的升降主要依靠机械驱动，固定方式简便，且结构稳定。该导向架的固定施工方法，包括如下步骤：通过定位将导向架精确运输到位；通过升降驱动装置多次下放桩腿，直至桩腿插入水底泥层；通过升降驱动装置驱动平台沿桩腿多次爬升，直至平台不受浮力作用，在平台爬升过程中，桩腿在平台重力作用下进一步压入水底泥层直至稳定；通过升降驱动装置驱动平台沿桩腿多次下降，直至到达平台使用位置。
