The invention discloses a pipeline laying device for hydraulic engineering. The device comprises a frame, wherein a grooving roller used for grooving on the ground is horizontally arranged below the frame, and the grooving roller is installed below the frame through an adjusting structure; a power mechanism used for driving the grooving roller to rotate is further arranged between the frame and the grooving roller; the grooving roller is driven by the power mechanism to rotate, then roller teeth on the surface of the grooving roller are driven to do circular motion and make contact with the ground, soil on the ground is dug away by means of sharp portions of the roller teeth and the included angle, thus, the grooving function is achieved, and pipelines can be buried; and when the groovingroller rotates, a transmission mechanism drives a moving wheel to rotate, the moving wheel is used for driving the whole device to walk, the moving grooving effect is achieved, in addition, the heightof the grooving roller is adjusted by means of the adjusting structure so that grooving of different depths can be achieved, the automation degree is high, and labor force is saved.
本发明公开了一种水利工程用管道铺设装置,包括车架,在所述车架的下方水平设置有用于在地面上开槽的开槽辊,所述开槽辊通过调节结构安装在所述车架下,且在所述车架与所述开槽辊之间还设置有用于驱动所述开槽辊转动的动力机构;利用动力机构带动所述开槽辊转动,进而驱动开槽辊表面的辊齿作圆周运动并与地面接触,借助辊齿的尖锐部和夹角将地面上的土刨开,从而起到开槽功能,供管道埋设;且在开槽辊转动时通过传动机构驱动所述移动轮转动,利用移动轮带动整个装置行走,达到移动开槽效果,此外,借助调节结构对开槽辊的高度进行调节,以实现不同深度的开槽,自动化程度高,节省劳动力。
