The invention relates to a drainage system based on a municipal road separate system pipe network. The drainage system comprises a sewage treatment station and a sewage main pipe, the sewage main pipeis used for being connected with each urban sewage discharge branch pipe, and the water outlet end of the sewage main pipe is connected to the sewage treatment station; the drainage system further comprises rainwater branch pipes, a flow discarding device, a filtering device and a rainwater main pipe, the rainwater branch pipes are used for being connected with drainage outlets in the two sides of a road, the water outlet ends of the rainwater branch pipes are connected with the water inlet end of the flow discarding device, the water outlet end of the flow discarding device is provided witha water outlet pipe and a flow discarding pipe, the water outlet end of the water outlet pipe is connected with the water inlet end of the filtering device, the water outlet end of the flow discardingpipe is connected with the sewage main pipe, and the water outlet end of the filtering device is connected with the rainwater main pipe. According to the drainage system, the drainage system firstlyconducts flow distribution and then conducts filtration, the workload of rainwater treatment can be effectively reduced, the installation cost and the maintenance cost are low, high efficiency, energyconservation and environmental protection are achieved, and the situation that untreated rainwater is directly drained into rivers or lakes to cause pollution can be effectively reduced.
