The invention discloses an assembly type prefabricated wallboard and prefabricated beam. A bearing platform is mounted on the upper side of a stand column and used for being connected with a main beam; an in-beam mounting groove is prefabricated in the upper end of the main beam, and connecting steel bars are pre-buried in the upper end and the lower end of the main beam; the upper connecting steel bar is pre-buried in the in-beam mounting groove; the main beam and a shear wall are connected at the contact position of the connecting steel bars of the main beam and the shear wall; spiral steelbars are pre-buried in the plate edge portion of the connecting end of a prefabricated floor slab and the main beam; when the prefabricated floor slab is connected with the main beam, the spiral steelbars are arranged in the in-beam mounting groove reserved in the main beam; internal connecting hidden bars are pre-buried in a heat preservation wallboard; and the heat preservation wallboard is connected with the main beam through the connecting hidden bars. The assembly type prefabricated wallboard and prefabricated beam are high in assembly type degree and overall strength and stable in structure, a heat bridge in the wallboard can be eliminated, the concrete shear wall and the assembly type process are combined, batch production and field assembly are convenient while the rigidity of theconcrete shear wall is guaranteed, and the field construction efficiency is improved.
