Beam-column joint of support-free horizontal prefabricated floor and construction method thereof
The invention discloses a beam-column joint of a support-free horizontal prefabricated floor and a construction method of the beam-column joint. The beam-column joint comprises frame columns, a prefabricated frame beam and steel corbels, wherein longitudinal steel bars of the frame column are intensively distributed at the corners of the frame column and extend into a beam-column joint area, the end part of the prefabricated frame beam is provided with a bent hook which extends into the beam-column joint area, and the steel corbels are installed on the side faces of the frame columns and usedfor supporting the prefabricated frame beam. The construction method comprises the following steps that frame columns are poured or installed, and steel corbels are installed; then the prefabricated frame beam is placed on the steel corbels; the prefabricated frame beam partially extends into the beam-column joint, and then a high-strength grouting material is adopted to fill a void area between atemporary completion surface of the frame column and the bottom surface of the prefabricated frame beam; node domain stirrups are installed on column longitudinal reinforcements and beam bottom longitudinal reinforcements; and finally, node concrete is poured in the beam-column node area. According to the method, beam-column joints of the support-free horizontal prefabricated floor system can beachieved, the engineering construction speed and quality are improved, and the manufacturing cost is reduced.
本发明为一种免支撑水平预制楼盖的梁柱节点及其施工方法。梁柱节点包括框架柱,所述框架柱的纵向钢筋集中分布于于框架柱的角部并延伸入梁柱节点区域;预制框架梁,其端部设有延伸入梁柱节点区域并弯折形成弯钩;钢牛腿,安装于框架柱侧面,用于支撑预制框架梁。施工方法如下:浇筑或安装框架柱并安装钢牛腿;然后将预制框架梁安放于钢牛腿;预制框架梁部分伸入梁柱节点,之后采用高强灌浆料灌实框架的柱临时完成面与预制框架梁底面之间脱空区;在柱纵向钢筋、梁底纵向钢筋安装节点域箍筋;最后在梁柱节点区域浇筑节点混凝土。本发明能够实现免支撑水平预制楼盖的梁柱节点,提升工程施工速度和质量,并降低造价。
