The fabricated combined shear wall adopts a vertical connection technology of tooth groove bedding mortar and bolt connection, and the anti-seismic property of a fabricated shear wall structure in village and town areas can be further improved.
本发明涉及一种钢丝网煤矸石混凝土装配式剪力墙及其施工方法,剪力墙体底部均匀开设的凸形齿槽与墙基础底部开设的凹形齿槽相对应且形成坐浆空间,水泥砂浆事先涂抹在基础凹槽中,墙体凸槽在通过砂浆坐浆咬合粘结形成固结,剪力墙体两侧左下角与右下角与墙基础相连的部位均固定安装一个连接件,均包括一个等边角钢、六根长螺栓、一根短螺栓和一个橡胶垫,每个连接件中有两根长螺栓预埋穿过剪力墙体,与剪力墙体长螺栓对应的墙基础两侧同样两端各预埋四根长螺栓,剪力墙体两侧长螺栓与对应墙基础上的短螺栓通过等边角钢连接固定,该装配式组合剪力墙采用齿槽坐浆加螺栓连接的竖向连接技术,可进一步提高村镇地区装配式剪力墙结构的抗震性能。
