The invention discloses a composite anchorage device for an FRP inhaul cable and an installation method. The composite anchorage device is composed of an inhaul cable anchorage cup, a porous anchor ring, a matched clamping piece, a grouting material baffle, a wire dividing cover plate, FRP clamping piece anchorage devices, FRP steel strand composite ribs and a grouting material, wherein each FRP steel strand composite rib is provided with at least one FRP clamping piece anchorage device; along with increasing of the number of the FRP clamping piece anchorage devices, the inner taper angle of the FRP clamping piece anchorage devices is gradually increased from the tensioning end to the free end, and the inner taper angle of the porous anchor ring at the tail end is larger than the inner taper angle of the FRP clamping piece anchorage devices all the time; and a non-straight-barrel cavity is formed in the inhaul cable anchorage cup and filled with the grouting material. The composite anchorage device for the FRP inhaul cable is high in anti-sliding capacity, extremely small in damage to FRP rib materials and suitable for the FRP rib materials in various surface forms, the stress of the composite anchorage device is changed in a gradient manner from the tensioning end to the free end, the stress peak value of the rib materials in the anchorage device can be better relieved, and therefore the performance of the FRP rib materials is brought into full play.
本发明公开了一种用于FRP拉索的复合锚具及安装方法,由拉索锚杯、多孔锚环及配套夹片、灌浆料挡板、分丝盖板、FRP夹片锚具、FRP钢绞线复合筋、灌浆料组成,每根FRP钢绞线复合筋上至少安装一个FRP夹片锚具,随着FRP夹片锚具数量的增加,其内锥角从张拉端到自由端逐渐增大,尾端多孔锚环的内锥角始终大于FRP夹片锚具的内锥角,拉索锚杯内部为非直筒腔体,内部填充灌浆料。本发明FRP拉索的复合锚具抗滑移能力强、对FRP筋材损伤极小,可适合各种表面形式的FRP筋材,复合锚具受力从张拉端到自由端成梯度变化,有利于缓解锚具内部筋材的应力峰值,从而充分发挥FRP筋材的性能。
