The invention provides a mounting structure of an assembly type wall protection plate. The mounting structure comprises a base plate and a cushion plate, wherein the base plate is of a plate body structure; a first fitting surface is arranged on the base plate; connecting grooves are respectively formed in the upper end and the lower end of the first fitting surface; a plurality of first positioning grooves and a plurality of second positioning grooves are formed in the first fitting surface; the cushion plate is provided with a second fitting surface; the second fitting surface is fit with the first fitting surface; connecting parts matched with the connecting grooves are arranged on the second fitting surface; a notch is formed in one end, opposite to the connecting parts, of the secondfitting surface; a plurality of first convex ribs and a plurality of second convex ribs are arranged on the second fitting surface; the first convex ribs are clamped in the first positioning grooves;and the second convex ribs are clamped in the second positioning grooves. Compared with the prior art, the mounting structure has the advantages that the problem of inconvenience in maintenance and replacement of the wall protection plate is effectively solved, and the damping effect is realized.
