The invention relates to the technical field of guide pipes, in particular to a pipe horizontal moving mechanism for concrete pouring. The problems of high labor intensity and proneness to residue ofmud in a pipe cavity of an existing concrete guide pipe in actual use are solved. The pipe horizontal moving mechanism comprises a material pipe, a lower seat, a bottom welding plate and a beating mechanism, caster seats are arranged at the bottom of the lower seat, and the material pipe is downwards installed in the lower seat in a penetrating mode. The pipe horizontal moving mechanism is characterized in that a lug plate is welded to the outer wall of the material pipe, an electric cylinder is fixed to one side of the lower seat, and an action rod of the electric cylinder is connected to thelug plate so as to push the material pipe to ascend and descend; and a circle of tension spring is arranged at the bottom end of the material pipe. An operator only needs to tread a treading wheel toenable a vibration cylinder to vibrate, the vibration cylinder can drive a spring plate to vibrate and beat the inner wall of a material barrel when vibrating, and meanwhile, a crank connecting rod mechanism is further used for driving a beating plate to complete the external vibration beating action on the material barrel; and through one treading action, the material pipe is vibrated and beat in multiple directions simultaneously, the structural design is ingenious, and the structure is simple.
