Method for correcting mass concrete prefabricated column and special tool thereof
The invention provides a method for correcting a mass concrete prefabricated column. According to the method, a plurality of small iron rings are pre-buried around a cup opening foundation; after thecup opening foundation is manufactured, an iron cushion block is placed at the bottom of the cup opening foundation, so that the elevation of the top surface of the cup opening foundation is flush with an ink line marking line which is preformed in the prefabricated column; a steel wire rope is wound on a column bracket; after the prefabricated column is loaded in the cup opening foundation, a cupopening ink line is aligned, and two ends of the steel wire rope are respectively connected with a chain block; the chain blocks are fixed on the small iron rings opposite to the deviation directionof the prefabricated column; and the chain block is pulled to straighten the prefabricated column, and finally the steel wire rope and the chain block are taken down. The invention further provides aspecial tool for the method for correcting the mass concrete prefabricated column. The iron cushion block is arranged on the bottom surface of a cup opening heightened at the bottom of the cup openingfoundation; the small iron rings are pre-buried around the cup opening foundation; the steel wire rope is wound on the part above the prefabricated column bracket, and the chain blocks are respectively installed at two ends of the steel wire rope; and the chain blocks is fixedly connected with the small iron rings opposite to the deviation direction of the prefabricated column.
