The invention discloses a sliding door with high stability and relates to the technical field of doors and windows. The high-stability sliding door comprises an upper rail and a lower rail; a set of door and window is slidably connected between the upper rail and the lower rail; an upper pulley set is fixedly connected to two sides of the top of the set of door and window; a lower pulley set is fixedly connected to two sides of the bottom of the set of door and window; the upper pulley set comprises a connecting base; first pulleys are rotatably connected to two sides of the connecting base; aconnecting screw is arranged in the middle of the connecting base; a threaded base is in threaded connection with the bottom end of the connecting screw; a locking nut is in threaded connection withthe surface of the connecting screw; a mounting fixed base is movably connected with the bottom of the threaded base; and a fixed bottom plate is fixedly connected with the lower pulley set and is rotationally connected with a rotating arm through a transverse plate; one end of the rotating arm is rotationally connected with a supporting arm; and the tail end of the supporting arm is rotationallyconnected with a second pulley.
