The invention discloses a processing technology for improving the warping defect of a plastic building formwork, and relates to the technical field of plastic formwork processing. The specific technology comprises the steps of 1) preparing silicon dioxide nanospheres; 2) carrying out ball milling treatment on copper powder; 3) processing to obtain porous metal powder; and 4) kneading and granulating a PC plastic raw material, uniformly mixing the PC raw material and the porous metal powder, adding a mixture into an injection molding machine, carrying out injection molding on obtained plastic melt into a mold, covering the surface of the mold with a layer of mica heat insulation plate after the injection molding is finished, and cooling and solidifying to obtain the required plastic formwork. According to the process method provided by the invention, the shrinkage difference of the plastic formwork can be effectively reduced, and the warping amount of the plastic formwork is reduced, sothat the warping defect in the forming process of the plastic formwork is reduced, and the forming quality of the plastic formwork is improved.
