Before people salvage garbage in sewage, people can firstly startthe first motor, the first motor drives the threaded lead screw to rotate so as to drive the threaded sleeve to transversely move to a proper position, then people start the first electric push rod,through extension of a first electric push rod, a fixed plate can extend into sewage for waste salvaging work, and the application range of the device is expanded.
