The invention relates to a stone-like material formula which comprises 35 parts of ferric oxide, 3 parts of aluminum oxide, 29 parts of calcium carbonate, 11 parts of aluminum oxide, 20 parts of silicon oxide and 11 parts of ferrous oxide, and is prepared by the following steps: grinding the materials into powder, adding 120 parts of water, fully stirring while adding water, and sintering at hightemperature for 60-120 minutes to obtain the stone-like material. The stone-like material manufactured according to the stone-like material formula is compact in structure and long in service life.
