The invention discloses an epoxy resin composition for a bonding layer of steel bridge deck pavement. The epoxy resin composition comprises a component A and a component B in a mass ratio of 1: (0.8-1.2), wherein the component A comprises 80-90 parts of epoxy resin and 10-20 parts of an active epoxy diluent; the component B comprises 40-60 parts of a modified aliphatic amine curing agent, 40-60 parts of a modified polyamide curing agent and 1-2 parts of an accelerant; and the modified aliphatic amine curing agent is prepared from 80-90 parts by weight of a first component and 10-20 parts by weight of a second component through a heating reaction, the first component is at least two selected from enamine, alkylamine and polyether amine, and the second component is at least one selected fromepoxy resin and an active epoxy diluent. When the epoxy resin composition is used as the bonding layer, the bonding strength of a pavement layer and a steel bridge deck is high, and tensile elongation at break is high, so the steel bridge deck can be well protected, and the service life of the pavement layer is prolonged.
本发明公开了一种用于钢桥面铺装粘结层的环氧树脂组合物,包括A组分和B组分,A组分和B组分的质量比为1:(0.8‑1.2);A组分包括环氧树脂80‑90份、活性环氧稀释剂10‑20份;B组分包括改性脂肪胺固化剂40‑60份、改性聚酰胺固化剂40‑60份、促进剂1‑2份;改性脂肪胺固化剂由重量份为80‑90份的第一组分和重量份为10‑20份的第二组分经加热反应而成,其中,第一组分为烯胺、烷基胺、聚醚胺中至少两种,第二组分为环氧树脂、活性环氧稀释剂中至少一种。采用该环氧树脂组合物作为粘结层对铺装层和钢桥面的粘接强度高、拉伸断裂伸长率高,从而能很好地保护钢桥面,并延长铺装层的使用寿命。
