The invention relates to the field of petroleum well cementation, and discloses a composition for oil-gas well cementation, and the composition comprises an oleophylic rubber material, a sulfonating agent and an inorganic salt. The self-repairing material disclosed by the invention is prepared from the composition for oil-gas well cementation. According to the self-repairing material, the temperature resistance, the stability and the cementation with cement CSH of an original repairing material are effectively improved, and meanwhile the elasticity modulus of set cement is reduced by 50% or above at the temperature of 100DEG C. The hardness and brittleness of the set cement under the high temperature condition are effectively improved, the durability of the set cement is improved, the long-term sealing capability of the set cement of a gas well is improved, and the requirements of shale gas and other unconventional oil and gas staged fracturing for the set cement are met.
本发明涉及石油固井领域,所述油气井固井用的组合物包括亲油橡胶类材料、磺化剂和无机盐。本发明公开的自修复材料通过所述气井固井用的组合物制备得到。本发明的自修复材料有效提高原来自修复材料的耐温性、稳定性以及与水泥CSH的胶结,同时100℃条件下水泥石弹性模量降低50%以上。有效的改善高温条件下水泥石的硬脆特性,提高水泥石的耐久性,有利于提高气井水泥石的长期封固能力,以及满足页岩气等非常规油气分段压裂对水泥石的需求。
