The invention discloses a road construction method which comprises the following steps: (1) firstly, planning a construction range on site, calculating a construction area through a computer and drawing a construction drawing; (2) drawing a construction line on site according to the construction drawing; (3) digging a groove, and compacting the bottom of the groove; (4) paving 50-100-meter asphaltin the construction range for an experiment; (5) if the experimental data is feasible, continuing to lay, and if the experimental data is not feasible, performing the experiment again to determine the use amount of asphalt; (6) after laying is completed, continuously laying a gravel layer and compacting; (7) spraying an emulsified asphalt layer for fixedly bonding the macadam layer on the compacted macadam layer; (8) quickly paving the prepared cross-linked fiber cloth on the molten emulsified asphalt; and (9) paving a mixed asphalt layer. The invention is suitable for high-quality pavementsand soft subgrade pavements, can prolong the service life of the pavements, is simple and convenient to construct, lowers the construction difficulty and saves the construction time.
本发明公开了一种道路施工方法,包括如下步骤:(1)首先通过现场规划施工范围,并通过电脑计算施工面积以及画出施工图纸;(2)根据施工图纸现场画出施工线;(3)开挖沟槽,并进行槽底压实;(4)在施工范围内首先铺设50‑100米沥青进行实验;(5)如果实验数据可行那么继续进行铺设,如果不可行则重新进行实验确定沥青的用量;(6)铺设完成后继续铺设碎石层并进行压实;(7)在压实后的碎石层上洒布一层用于将所述碎石层固定粘接的乳化沥青层;(8)将制备好的交联纤维布迅速铺设于熔融的乳化沥青上(9)铺设混合沥青层。本发明适合高质量的路面以及软路基的路面使用,可以提高路面的使用寿命,施工简便,降低了施工难度,节约了施工时间。
