The invention discloses a mechanical connection structure and method for prestressed reinforcements and non-prestressed reinforcements. A straight thread connection mode of a prestressed reinforcementanchorage device and common reinforcements are combined to realize tensile mechanical connection of the prestressed reinforcements and the common reinforcements. The prestressed reinforcements are anchored into a cylindrical anchor ring in a wedge-shaped clamping piece anchoring mode, threads are arranged on the outer side of the cylindrical anchor ring, the threads on the outer side of the cylindrical anchor ring are matched with the threads in a sleeve connected with the common reinforcements in a screwed mode, then the common reinforcements are screwed into the cylindrical anchor ring tillthe prestressed reinforcements are jacked tightly, and loosening of the anchorage device can be prevented. The problem of mechanical connection between the prestressed reinforcements and the common reinforcements is solved, the prestressed reinforcements and non-prestressed reinforcements are mechanically connected and lengthened, the requirement for the stress length of the reinforcements anchored into a bearing platform can be met, labor, materials and time are saved, economic benefits are good, and the connecting piece can be used for factory operation, and is stable in quality, safe, reliable and suitable for large-scale popularization.
本发明公开一种预应力钢筋与非预应力钢筋的机械连接结构与连接方法,结合了预应力钢筋锚具与普通钢筋的直螺纹连接方式,实现了预应力钢筋与普通钢筋的抗拉机械连接。预应力钢筋先采用锲形夹片锚固的方式锚入一个圆筒型锚环,圆筒型锚环外侧设置螺纹,外侧螺纹与连接普通钢筋的套筒内螺纹丝接匹配,再拧入普通钢筋,直至顶紧预应力钢筋,可以防止锚具的松弛。本发明解决了预应力钢筋与普通钢筋的机械连接问题,将预应力钢筋与非预应力钢筋采用机械连接接长,即可满足钢筋锚入承台的受力长度要求,省工、省材、省时,经济效益好,而且这种连接件可以进行工厂化作业,质量稳定,安全可靠,可以大范围推广。
