The invention relates to an ash cake calibration device, in particular to a novel mechanical ash cake construction device. A quick construction ash cake device comprises a mortar storing and pressurizing device and a handheld mortar launching device. The handheld mortar launching device comprises a mortar control device, an electric device, a grouting pipe, an ash cake launching pipe, and a posture adjusting device. The mortar control device is communicated with the mortar storing and pressurizing device and the grouting pipe and controls mortar to enter and exit through a control switch; theelectric device controls the extension, retraction and rotation of the grouting pipe through the control switch; a limiting cutting part is arranged at the other end of the grouting pipe and used forlimiting the thickness of an ash cake and cutting mortar; a grouting pipe body is located in the ash cake launching pipe and is coaxial with the ash cake launching pipe; the limiting cutting part of the grouting pipe is limited in the ash cake launching pipe; and the posture adjusting device is used for adjusting the posture of the handheld mortar launching device. The quick construction ash cakedevice has the advantages that the forming quality is good, the cruising ability is good, the mortar quality is stable, the construction efficiency is high, and the construction cost is low.
