The invention discloses an outdoor sunshade for municipal construction. The outdoor sunshade comprises a fixing supporting column, a device box is fixedly connected to the upper end surface of the fixing supporting column, two supporting frames which are symmetrically arranged are connected to the device box in a rotating mode, sunshade cloth is arranged on the supporting frames, an evaporation cavity is formed in the device box, a light gathering plate is arranged at the inner bottom of the evaporation cavity, and two circulation cavities which are symmetrically formed are formed in the device box. The outdoor sunshade has the advantages that the structure is reasonable, the unfolded state of the sunshade is automatically adjusted according to different sunlight temperatures, shadows areprovided for a user, sunlight exposure and burns are avoided, meanwhile, the sunshade is automatically folded in strong wind weather, the phenomenon that normal use of the sunshade is affected due tothe fact that the sunshade is damaged in the strong wind weather can be avoided, cooling water in a cooling box is controlled through a temperature control sliding plate and is enabled to flow to thesunshade through a water conveying pipe, so that the upper end surface of the sunshade is cooled, and the sunshading and cooling effects of the sunshade are improved.
