The invention discloses a novel building anti-seismic base and relates to the technical field of building anti-seismic facilities. The novel building anti-seismic base comprises a concrete foundation,a lower support steel plate, an upper support steel plate and a main steel column. When the entire novel building anti-seismic base is subjected to external force or an earthquake, for the longitudinal external impact force, rubber plates and damping steel plates in longitudinal steel columns can play a certain role in buffering the external impact force from the longitudinal direction to form damping gradient, so that the impact of the external impact force from the longitudinal direction on an anti-seismic support is greatly reduced, and for the transverse external impact force, the entirenovel building anti-seismic base absorbs and consumes a part of external impact force through a spring between a peripheral transverse steel column I and a square column I, and a rolling ball body canslightly slide in a spherical groove, so that a part of external impact force also can be absorbed and consumed; and part of external impact force can be absorbed and consumed among an internal mainsteel column, a transverse steel column II and a square column II and on the periphery, and the external impact force is greatly reduced.
