The invention discloses an intelligent vehicle window control system and method. The system comprises a vehicle control unit, a vehicle window actuator for lifting a vehicle window, and further comprises a rainfall sensor; and when the rainfall sensor senses that the current rainfall information reaches a preset value, the vehicle control unit controls the vehicle window actuator to lift the vehicle window to a closed position. The method comprises the following steps that the current rainfall information is acquired; and if the current rainfall information reaches the preset value, the vehicle window is controlled to be lifted to the closed position. According to the intelligent vehicle window control system and method, the vehicle control unit is activated through the rainfall sensor, sothat automatic control over the vehicle window actuator is realized, and the hidden danger that rainwater enters a cab to damage a seat can be eradicated.
