The invention provides a ventilation unit and an intelligent adjustment door and window. The ventilation unit comprises a square first ventilation region arranged on a vertical door and window; four supporting plates of equal heights which are perpendicular to the door and window extend into a room along four sides of the first ventilation region; first sliding grooves which are matched with eachother and arranged left and right are formed in the upper supporting plate and the lower supporting plate respectively; a movable baffle is connected with the two first sliding grooves in a sliding mode; a conveying mechanism is arranged on the front side of the side, facing the indoor space, of the movable baffle; a wind dispelling mechanism abuts against the front sides of the four supporting plates; the wind dispelling mechanism comprises a square framework structure; a rubber block is arranged in the framework structure; the left side and the right side of the rubber block are fixedly connected with the left side and the right side of the framework structure respectively; ventilation holes are further formed in the rubber block; and the movable baffle drives the wind dispelling mechanism to move left and right through the conveying mechanism, and the situation that the center of the framework structure in the wind dispelling mechanism is always consistent with the center of an actual ventilation area allowing wind to pass through on the left side of the movable baffle.
